Our Services

Our staff have been certified by completing a course in Pet First Aid. Every care will be taken, but we cannot accept responsibility for unexpected illness, injury or loss. Veterinary care will be sought if your cat’s health is at risk.
Vaccinations:
For their well-being, health and safety, it is compulsory that all cats are currently vaccinated with the FELINE 3-in-1 Vaccine. Proof must be presented at the time of drop off. This can be either the cat’s Veterinary Passport or Veterinarian’s print-out.
Parasites:
All cats must have undergone a flea and worm treatment within the last 7 days prior to coming to us. Any cat found with parasites will be treated at the owner’s expense.

• Communal rooms, your cats can mix and mingle with other felines and retreat to allocated quarters for eating and sleeping.

We use a premium Anti-Bacteria and Viricide disinfectant, approved and recommended by Veterinary Suppliers.
